This project is an attempt to document those fleeting moments when London is not a machine, but a landscape.
Map Generation
The underlying cartography is generated from OpenStreetMap data, along with a judicious sprinkle of transport related knowledge.
The majority of the noise has been stripped away, and what remains is the skeletal geometry of the city itself, interwined with the veins of its transport network.
